Return Policy
At Alba Living, we are committed to providing you with the best quality products. However, if there is an issue with the product you receive, the following return policy applies:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items eligible for return are products that:
Have manufacturing defects, or
Are incorrect items (not as ordered).
Return requests must be submitted within 2×24 hours after the item is received.
The returned product must be in its original condition:
Unused,
Complete with packaging, labels, and any included accessories.
2. Return Process
Contact our Customer Support via email at support@albaliving.co.id or official WhatsApp, providing:
Order number,
Photos/videos of the defective or incorrect product.
Our team will verify your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, you will receive instructions to ship the product back to our warehouse.
Return shipping costs will be covered:
By Alba Living, if the issue is on our side (defect/wrong item).
By the customer, if the return is requested for reasons outside the stated policy.
3. Replacement / Refund
Once the returned item is received and verified, we will:
Send a replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
Provide a store credit/refund equal to the product value (excluding initial shipping costs).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse.
Items purchased under clearance sale / special promotions (non-returnable).
Items that exceed the return request period (more than 2×24 hours after receipt).
